Course description: This is the course required by the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance to obtain an Unarmed Security Guard License. An individual must first complete this unarmed course before attending the armed guard course. However, if an individual only wants an unarmed guard license, this is the only course that is needed. This course will cover the Tennessee Private Protective Services Law and Rules book and will follow the guidelines set forth by the state. Photographs, paperwork, workbooks, etc. are included in the cost of the class.
